Spring into Spring with Bondic!

With winter finally saying it's last goodbyes, spring is making its well awaited return. This more than likely means that spring cleaning is at the top of your to do list, but do not forget about spring repairs because chances are a lot of things around your home are going to be broken. We have outlined 6 amazing Bondic™ repairs to get you started and give you a jump on the spring weather! 1) Fishing Rod Foot Repair

With spring weather comes spring fishing and if you are a die hard fisher, you do not want to wait for the summer months. Now is the time to go into your garage and dust off that fishing rod to make the necessary repairs and have you out on the water in no time. In this case, our fishing rod had a broken foot. Instead of using tape to seal it, we layered Bondic™ over top creating a hard plastic seal to keep the support arm in place and allow it to unscrew if needed.

It's time to toss those bulky winter coats in storage and pull out your spring jackets. But is your zipper broken? With Bondic™, you can easily rebuild the bottom stop to keep the slider from falling off at any given moment.

3) Lamp Hinge Repair

If you love to camp or just simply just sit outside in your backyard with nothing but you and the stars, then its time to gear up your equipment. In this case, we repaired the hinge on a lamp, but this repair can work for any object that uses a rotatable part. Making this repair with glue would mean clamping the entire hinge in one spot, but with Bondic™ you can literally rebuild the broken material allowing it to function as it normally would.

4) Eaves-Trough Hole Repair

This winter was rough on us and definitely rough on our homes. If you experienced a tear in your eaves-trough from cold weather then Bondic™ is the perfect and quickest solution. Simply apply a layer of Bondic™ around the hole or tear and cure until it is sealed. Remember that Bondic™ is water proof and can also work underwater, so it will be able to withstand any condition mother nature can throw at it.

5) Sealing Broken Pipes

With freezing weather comes cracked pipes and with cracked pipes comes Bondic™. If you have a water leak in or around your home, just apply a layer of Bondic™ over top then finish by creating a wedding band around the entire surface for added strength. One again, Bondic™ is water proof and can work underwater, so even if the pipe is leaking at that moment, you will have no problem curing it.

6) Repair Your Rubber Boots

Aside from being a fashion trend, rubber boots serve an important purpose... they keep you dry. But if they have a hole, then they go back to just being a wet fashion trend. By filling the hole with Bondic™, you can easily seal up your rubber boots and have you splashing in the puddles in no time!
